How to Wear a Particulate Respirator Correctly


Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the selected model. In general:
  1. Inspect the respirator for damage, contamination or expired components.
  2. Position it over the nose, mouth and chin.
  3. Place and adjust the head straps without twisting them.
  4. Shape the nose area firmly against the face.
