Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to courier service conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Promotional free shipping may be available during certain offers.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost by the shipping carrier
  • Packages damaged in transit
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party courier services, we will assist customers in submitting claims and resolving issues with the shipping carrier where reasonable.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
